I’m a multi-disciplined creator.

I’ve spent nearly two decades as a solopreneur - exploring health, psychology, and first principles problem solving through lived experience, study, and curiosity.

I grew up in southwest London within a poor, diverse, working-class community before becoming a professional athlete in my early twenties & starting my first business aged 24. 

I’ve travelled widely, met extraordinary people, and experienced the full range of life’s complexity - joy, loss, growth, and reinvention.

I don’t claim to have all the answers,
but work on asking better questions.

I enjoy ai, art, design, music, dance, sport, hiking, nature, acoustic guitar, documentaries, research, history, architecture, travel, automation & all things innovation.
