I’ve spent over two decades as a solopreneur - exploring health, psychology, business, systems, and human behaviour through lived experience, conversation, and curiosity.

I grew up in southwest London in a diverse, working-class community.

I’ve travelled widely, met extraordinary people, and experienced the full range of life’s complexity - joy, loss, growth, and reinvention.

I don’t claim to have the answers.
But I work on asking better questions.
